Helen Marilyn McKenzie, 75, of North Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest, Friday, April 5, 2019. Her memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 9, 2019 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 10:00 am.
Helen was born September 24, 1943 in Fairfield, CT, daughter of the late Stephen W. Popp and Helen Gorgyan Popp.
She is survived by two daughters, Diana (Tom) Bradner of Ewa Beach, HI and Laurel Steinmetz of Charleston, SC; two grandchildren, Jaime (Nick Nakama) and Joey Bradner; great-grandchild, Nico Nakama; brother, Marshall (Marilyn) Popp of Delaware; sister, Carol Olsen of CT; nieces: Michelle Olsen, Tina Holt and Karen Popp; and one nephew, Jay Olsen. She was preceded in death by her parents.
