Helen Hogan Johnson

Entered into eternal rest on the evening of June 3 2010, Helen Hogan Johnson of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of F. Hammond Johnson. The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services at the graveside in Live Oak Memorial Gardens Sunday, June 6, 2010, at one o'clock. Arrangements by J. Mrs. Johnson was born on March 12, 1921, in Charleston, South Carolina, a daughter of the late Milton B. Hogan and Mary Larisey Hogan. She was a graduate of Memminger High School and was a member of Folly Beach United Methodist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Marilyn Lynell Davis and husband Kenny of Orangeburg, SC, Carol J. Childers and husband Bobby of Charleston; a son, F. Hammond Johnson, Jr. and wife Kate of Charleston; two sisters, Elizabeth H. Chamberlain of Charleston and Virginia H. Barrow of North Augusta, SC; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
