Heidi Holbrook McCormick died at her home in Mt. Pleasant on August 5, 2016.

Heidi is survived by her husband Michael T. McCormick; her parents, Janice and George Holbrook of Spartanburg, SC; her sister, Andrea Colton (Tom) of Greer, SC and their children Chandler and Freddie; and her brother, Brooks (Chantel) of West Palm Beach, FL. She is also survived by her in-laws; Brenda and Chris Donato of Charleston, Mr. and Mrs. Mike McCormick of Oak Island, NC and her sister-in-law, Renee Knight of Goose Creek, SC. Other family members are aunts and uncles Mary and Jerry Harviel of Salisbury, NC and Betty and Paul Wood of Southport, NC. Cousins Kim, Sue and Dean Harviel, Greensboro, NC; Mark Matheson of Florida, Cindy Matheson of California and Jennifer Harding of Apex, NC.

Heidi was born in Gaffney, SC on December 12, 1959. She grew up in Gaffney, Union and Spartanburg. She earned a BA in Psychology at the College of Charleston. She was employed most recently by Mt. Pleasant Dermatology for eight years where she made many special friends. Earlier, she was employed by Joe Griffith, Inc. and Atlantic Real Estate Services.

Heidi was an active member of St. Andrew's Church, Mt. Pleasant and Drawing Near to God Ministries. A Memorial Service celebrating Heidi's life will be held at St. Andrew's Church, 440 Whilden Street on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 3:00 pm. Burial will be private. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.
