Heather McDuffie Ferri, 30, of Isle of Palms, South Carolina, wife of Anthony Daniel Ferri, Jr. died Wednesday, December 11, 2013. There will be a gathering of friends and family on Saturday, December 14, 2013 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC. MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road, from 3:00 until 5:00 pm.

Heather was born on August 16, 1983 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of Ernest C. McDuffie and Kathy Donald McDuffie. She was a Event Coordinator for the Charleston Area.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony Daniel Ferri, Jr. and their two daughters, Amber Ferri and Ashlyn Ferri, all of Isle of Palms, SC; her parents, Ernest and Kathy McDuffie of Awendaw, SC; her paternal grandmother, Nell McDuffie of Isle of Palms, SC; a brother, Sean McDuffie of Summerville, SC; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a college fund for Amber and Ashlyn. Checks may be written to "Memorial Fund for the Children of Heather McDuffie Ferri" at any First Federal of Charleston Branch.
