While serving in the Air Force, Wayne and Hazel settled in the Lowcountry in the early 1960's. They later became owners of Manufactured Housing Services, which included Dixie-George Jones Homes and Bubba's Truck and Trailer Store. Hazel's duties as Vice President included the interior decor of all model homes for sale. She was always an active member of her church, teaching Sunday School, a faithful hostess and generous donor to various charities and missions works. Hazel will be remembered as a loving, kind and giving Christian southern lady who loved her family, pets and friends.
