Harry Rosenberg

Entered into eternal rest on the evening of September 19, 2010, Harry Rosenberg, widower of Ray Nadel Rosenberg. Residence, Mt. Pleasant, SC.  The relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral services Tuesday, September 21, 2010, at 11:30 am in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL.

Mr. Rosenberg was born May 1, 1910 in Poland, the son of Charles Rosenberg and Pauline Silverman Rosenberg.  He retired as a furrier. He lived in Brooklyn, NY for 88 years and moved to Charleston, SC in 2000.

He is survived by two sons: Leonard H. Rosenberg of Bluffton, SC and Steve E. Rosenberg of Charleston, SC; one daughter: Tanya R. Goldfarb of Brooklyn, NY; one brother: Mac Rosenberg of Cherry Hill, NJ; five grandchildren: Michael, Ellen, Jason, Laurel and Olivia; eight great grandchildren: Max, Sydney, Hayley, Zachary, Lainey, Ruby, Hannah and Elliette.

Memorial may be made to the Jewish Studies Program at the College of Charleston, 66 George St., Charleston, SC 29401.
