Harmon Benjamin Martin, Jr., 84, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. His funeral service will be held Monday, May 16, 2022, in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Pkwy at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends beginning one hour prior to the service.
 
Harmon was born January 15, 1938, in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Harmon Benjamin Martin Sr. and Thelma Mae Bolin. Harmon served in the United States Air Force and was a life member of the Charleston Elks Lodge. He loved being on the water, especially at the beach, and enjoyed shagging and fishing.
 
He is survived by Caroline Mauney; his sister, Bonnie Nixon; his daughters, Tami Scarborough (Wilson) and Stephanie Rentz (David); his three Grandchildren, William Scarborough, Bonnie Damazio (Ross), Olivia Owens (Brian) and the greatest great-grandson ever, Eric Damazio.
 
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Harmon's honor to Autism Speaks.
