Grace Camielle Beasley Lilienthal, 89, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Jack Edward Lilienthal, Sr. entered into eternal rest Wednesday, July 5, 2017. Her Funeral Service will be held Monday, July 10, 2017 in The Lutheran Church of The Redeemer, 714 Riverdale Drive at 11:00 a.m. Interment following will be in Magnolia Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Grace was born June 5, 1928 in Goldsboro, North Carolina, daughter of the late John Ephriam Beasley and Isabelle Strickland Beasley. She was a life member of The Lutheran Church of the Redeemer where she was a Sunday school teacher for 19 years and taught kindergarten. Grace retired as the 4-H Volunteer Coordinator for Charleston County Clemson Extension Service.
She is survived by her daughter, Suzann Lilienthal of Charleston, SC; son, R. David Lilienthal, Sr. of Santa Rosa Beach, FL; sister, Ruthie Dixon; three brothers: Jay Beasley, John Beasley and Lenwood Beasley; seven grandchildren: James Everett Yonce IV, Joseph Ryan Yonce, Michele Pappano, R. David Lilienthal, Jr., Matthew Scott Lilienthal, Maribeth Pope and Amy Cauthon; and twelve great-grandchildren. Grace was predeceased by her son, Jack Edward Lilienthal, Jr.
