Gerald Ernest Aden

Gerald "Jerry" Ernest Aden, 72, husband of Sharon Ann Tournor Aden of Mt. Pleasant, SC passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2011.  The relatives and friends of Jerry Aden are invited to attend his Funeral Service at the graveside, on Thursday, August 25, 2011 in Beaufort National Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.  The family will greet friends at J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm. Jerry was born August 16, 1939 in Gothenburg, Nebraska, son of the late Ernest Aden and Louise Edmondston Aden. He served in the United States Army and worked as a carpet and flooring salesman.  He attended Seacoast Church of Mt. Pleasant. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sharon T. Aden of Mt. Pleasant, SC; sons, Steve Aden of Goose Creek, SC and Allen Aden of Mt. Pleasant, SC; four grandchildren, Mariah, Brooke, Jacob and Jared; one brother, Randy Aden of Simi Valley, CA and one sister, Mary Lou Block of Gothenburg, NE. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Odyssey Hospice, 5965 Core Road, Suite 603, North Charleston, SC  29406.
