George Cypress, Sr.

George J. Cypress, Sr., 93, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, November 2, 2022. His Funeral Service will be held Monday, November 7, 2022 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 12:00 pm.  Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.

George was born October 25, 1929 in Charleston, South Carolina. He is survived by his son, George Cypress, Jr. (Karla) of Mount Pleasant, SC; daughter, Toni C. Skipper (Harry) of Summerville, SC;  many grandchildren; and many great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Emma June Brunson Cypress and his son, Mark "Rocky" Cypress.
