Gaynelle Morris Hudson of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Carlisle Guilds Hudson, entered into eternal rest Thursday, November 1, 2012. A Graveside Service will be held Monday, November 5, 2012 at 2:00 pm in Live Oak Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway.Gaynelle was born March 20, 1925 in Olar, SC, daughter of the late David Morris and Aurrie Mae Croft Morris. She was a former payroll clerk at the Charleston Naval Shipyard and was the founder of Nancy's Exotic Plants. Gaynelle was of the Baptist faith. She loved her family, plants and animals. She will be greatly missed by all. She is survived by two daughters, Nancy Hudson of Mount Pleasant, SC, and Theresa Nestor of Hollywood, SC; one grandson, Brian Dyson of Charleston, SC; and one great granddaughter, Natalea-Rae Dyson of Surfside Beach, SC.Memorials may be made to Pet Helpers, 1447 Folly Road, Charleston, SC 29412.
