Gary L. Feldman

Dr. Gary Lowell Feldman, MD, 85, of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of Donna M. Russell Feldman entered into eternal rest Wednesday, April 19, 2023.  A private celebration of his life will be held at a later time. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel.

Gary was born August 7, 1937, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of the late Joseph Feldman and Hilda Smith Feldman.  He graduated from the University of Illinois and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Prior to retirement, Gary was an OB/GYN in California and Massachusetts. He loved dogs, a good meal (barbecue and Skoogies Chicago hot dogs being his favorite), fishing, and reading on the back porch. He was especially proud of his much-adored grandchildren. He will be remembered for his witty sense of humor and uncanny intelligence.  

In addition to his wife, Donna, Gary is survived by his daughter, Kim Keller (Eric) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his son, Bryan Feldman (Merilin) of San Francisco, CA; his son, Doug Feldman of Los Angeles, CA; five grandchildren, Quinn Keller, Emily Keller, Nina Feldman, Benjamin Feldman, and Layla Feldman; and his sister, Sue Silverman (Howard) of Boynton Beach, FL.
