Gary Anthony, 43, of Mt. Pleasant, SC, suffered an untimely accidental death on Friday, July 16, 2010.

Born November 1, 1966 in Greenville, SC he was the only child of the late Robert Marc Anthony and Barbara Fagan Anthony Patterson.  Gary loved the coastal areas and enjoyed every facet of life afforded by the coast, first at Fripp Island and later in Mt. Pleasant.  His good humor, willingness to help, and caring nature were attributes appreciated by all who knew and loved him.

Gary is survived by his mother, Barbara Patterson and his step-father, John Patterson of Lake Harding, AL.  

A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 24, 2010 at 1:00 PM in Church of the Holy Cross, 2520 Middle Street, Sullivans Island, SC 29482-0506.
