Gail Bea Hasson

Gail Bea Hasson, 83, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, wife of Morris Michael Hasson, entered into eternal rest Sunday, December 29, 2024. Her Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, December 31, 2024 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 11:00 am. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel.

Gail was born September 17, 1941, in Chicago, Illinois, daughter of Dr. Nathan Steinberg and Muriel Levinson Steinberg. She was a Computer Programmer and Software Engineer for General Instruments and Grumman. Raised on Long Island, New York, she moved to Mount Pleasant in 2010. Gail was a skilled card player who never passed up the opportunity to play with her friends and family. She was an avid traveler who especially loved cruising, water aerobics, and reading. She was an officer of the East Cooper Women's Club and was involved with many clubs such as Women Who Wine. She enjoyed being with her friends and family, had a witty sense of humor, and a big smile. Gail was always the joy of the party and a caring friend to everyone.

Along with her husband of 46 years, she is survived by her daughter, Dr. Loren Frankel; grandchildren: Brendon Frankel, Hannah Frankel, Sarah Frankel and her beloved doggie, Kassie.
