Frederick Louis Cooper, 74, of Charleston, South Carolina, beloved husband of Teresa B. Cooper, entered into eternity Thursday, April 11, 2024. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel.
Fred was born November 25, 1949 in Beckley, West Virginia, son of the late James Robert Cooper and Wanda Hutchinson Cooper. He was an environmental engineer by occupation, Fred dedicated his life to making the world a better place.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Eddy E Cox and daughter-in-law Katheryn R Cox, and the joy of his life, granddaughter Saris Victoria Cox, as well as a host of “sons and daughters” adopted, fostered, and nurtured over the years, and many other friends and family.
Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice, as you continue to carry out his vision of making our world better.
