Fredde Jo Hethington

Fredde Jo Hethington, 66, beloved wife of Lou Hethington for 45 years, died on August 27, 2010 in Charleston, SC after a year long battle with cancer.  She was born on June 24, 1944 in Indianapolis, IN a daughter of Chaplain Fredric Forney and Betty Barton Forney. She lived many places with her military family, from Adak, AK to Key West, FL before graduating in 1963 from St. Andrews High School in Charleston, SC.

Surviving in addition to her husband are: daughter, Lorie Wymer and granddaughters, Ciara and Lillian Wymer of Little Rock, AR; a son, F. Andrew Hethington and daughter-in-law Heather Hethington of Spartanburg, SC; a sister, Donna Clark and husband Dr. Dave R. Clark of Arlington, TX; brother, Stephen Paul Forney of Tampa, FL and many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, (3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway). 

Graveside services will be held in Christ - St. Paul's Cemetery at 4981 Chapel Road, Meggett, SC on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at Eleven o'clock.  Memorials may be made to Hospice of Charleston Foundation, 676 Wando Park Blvd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464
