Fred Arnold Fischer, Esq., 70, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Friday, April 29, 2022. His funeral service will be held graveside Thursday, May 12, 2022  in Emanu-El Cemetery (Maryville), Sycamore Avenue at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel.

Fred was born September 13, 1951 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Herman Fischer and Doris Garfield Fischer.  He was a retired Attorney and former member of Synagogue Emanu-El. 

Fred is survived by his brother, Mark Fischer of Atlanta, GA.
