Frank Carroll Cannon, Jr.

Frank Carroll Cannon, Jr., 75 of Charleston, SC, husband of Louise Atkinson Cannon, entered into eternal rest Thursday, December 25, 2014. His Funeral Service will be held in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, Sunday, December 28, 2014, at 1:30 p.m. The family will receive friends in Stuhr's from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens.

Frank was born June 6, 1939 in Charleston, SC, the son of the late Frank Carroll Cannon, Sr. and Margaret Adams Cannon. He retired from Sears Roebuck after 38 years of service and also retired from the Charleston City Police Auxiliary after 20 years as a Police Sergeant. Frank was a veteran of the US Air Force.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Louise Atkinson Cannon of Charleson, SC; two sons Frank C.Cannon, III. of Brunson, SC and Bryan Keith Cannon, Sr (Shelley) of Charleston, SC; four grandchildren, Frank C. "Cal" Cannon, IV (Crystal), Heather Cannon Bessinger (Jeremy), Bryan Keith Cannon, Jr. and Ann-Marie Cannon; four great-grandchildren, Christopher Morris, Colyn Morris, Cailyn Morris and Jeremy Allen Bessinger. He was predeceased by a daughter, Susan Elaine Cannon.
