Francis was born July 25, 1972 in Jacksonville, Florida, son of the late Lester William Kuchler and Lamoon Kuchler. He was a Regional Supervisor of Operations at CAI International.
Francis is survived by his mother, Lamoon Vongsalem Bassham of Orange Park, Fl; brother, Thomas Kuchler of Orange Park, FL; and niece, Samantha Kuchler of Spring City, PA.
