Frances Caroline Vella, 102, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Otis G.Vella, entered into eternal rest Sunday, September 22, 2024. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday, September 28, 2024, in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 12:00 pm. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel. 

Frances was born January 19, 1922 in Detroit, Michigan, daughter of the late Norman Huyck and the late Elsie Olms Huyck. She was a Cosmetologist. She enjoyed reading but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. 

She is survived by her seven children, 14 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
