Frances McClary Tyler

Frances McClary Tyler, 86, of Beaufort, South Carolina, wife of the late Ausby J. Tyler died Sunday, May 18, 2014. The relatives and friends of Frances Tyler are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 9:30 am. Entombment will follow in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens. The family will receive at the Mount Pleasant chapel on Tuesdsay, May 20, 2014 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm.

Frances was born January 7, 1928 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Jesse Smith McClary and the late Ruby May Hiott McClary. She was a homemaker and loved to spend time with her family and friends.

She is survived by one son, Michael A. Tyler and his wife, Barrie, of Mount Pleasant, SC; three brothers, Billy (Betty) McClary of Mount Pleasant, SC, Jesse (Mary) McClary of Georgetown, SC, and Rick (Jean) McClary of Statesville, GA; three sisters, Dorothy Coley of Goose Creek, SC, Lucille Hardin of Savannah, GA, and Shirley (Bob) Woodside of Fountain Inn, SC; nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Steve Tyler and Bobby Tyler, and a sister, Pat Baker.
