Frances Adams Simonds

Frances Adams Simonds, died in Asheville, NC, Saturday, February 18, 2012. She was the widow of Louis deSaussure Simonds, Jr.
The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the graveside in The Cathedral of St. Luke and St. Paul Churchyard, Monday, February 27, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. A reception will follow the service at 47 Legare Street.
Mrs. Simonds was born in Deerwood, MN, August 27, 1913, the daughter of Cuyler Culver Adams and Hortense Griffin Adams. She attended the University of Minnesota and Sweetbriar College. She was a secretary with Duke Power Company.
She is survived by a niece, Mary Rhett Webb; a nephew, Edward H. Sparkmann, III and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Music Program at The Cathedral of St. Luke and St. Paul, 126 Coming Street, Charleston, SC 29403 or to a charity of one's choice.
