Frances Juanita Plumb, 93, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of the late Wilbur "Bud" Irving Plumb, entered into eternal rest at her home peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 19, 2024 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 1:00 pm.  Interment will follow at Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday one hour prior to the service.

Frances was born October 21, 1930 in Varnville, South Carolina, daughter of the late S. Frank Bellune and Lucille Mixson Bellune.  She was a long time member of Pinecrest Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school. She retired from Walker, Evans & Cogswell Company. She will be rembered as a loving mother, Nana, and friend to many.

She is survived by daughter, Katrina Lynn Rentz of Charleston, SC; grandson, Joshua Rentz; granddaughter, Melissa Rentz.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Plumb; sister, Margie Machia (George).

Memorials may be made to the building fund at Pinecrest Baptist Church.
