Frances McAdoo

Frances McAdoo, 88, of Moncks Corner, SC, widow of Joseph Francis McAdoo entered into eternal rest Thursday, May 4, 2023. Her Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, May 9, 2023, in the Plantation Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 3345 South Live Oak Drive, Moncks Corner, SC at 11:30 am. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel.

Frances was born January 19, 1935 in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of the late Santo Zimmardi and the late Frances Oliveri Zimmardi.  She was a retired Switchboard Operator and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She enjoyed roller skating and participated in many competitive events.

She is survived by her two sons, Santo McAdoo of TN and Joseph F. McAdoo, Jr. of Charleston, SC; two daughters, Linda Marie Regalado (Gilbert) of WV and Lisa Marie Hecht (Matthew) of FL;  several grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, Dolores Misciagna of Brooklyn, NY and Christina Sparacino of Long Island, NY.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, brother, Thomas Zimmardi and sister, Jean Vincenza Maher.
