Frances Miller Harrell

Frances Miller Harrell, 89, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of Wylie Leslie Harrell, entered into eternal rest Sunday, December 29, 2024. Her Graveside Service will be held Friday, January 3, 2025 in the Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road at 12:00 pm. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel.

Frances was born February 26, 1935 in Hemingway, South Carolina, daughter of the late Niel C Miller and the late Louila Davis Miller. She was a long time member of Pinecrest Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Karen (Gary) Race of Charleston, SC, Traci (Sean) Taylor of Florence, SC; sister, Mary Alice Pope; granddaughters, Kayla Murphy, Brittney Mitchum, Amber Nicole Mitchum; great-grandchildren, Liam Barns, and Charlotte Murphy.

She was preceded in death by brothers, Floyd Miller, Roland Miller, J.D. Miller, Neil Miller, Jimmy Dale Miller and Charles Edward Miller; sisters, Marion Tanner, Gladi Brandon, Gertrude Cribb, and Vernelle Carnley.
