Frances L. Hall, 95, of Hanahan, SC, widow of CWO4 George C. Hall, USN, Ret. died Sunday, October 2, 2016. Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 5, 2016 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 4, 2016, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel.

Frances was born December 28, 1920 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Joseph Lubelsky and the late Kate Galloway Lubelsky. She was a member of Hanahan Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, William David Hall of Hanahan, SC; brother, Norman Lubelsky (Quwen V.) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; two sisters, Dolly Young (Robert) of Isle Of Palms, SC and Kate Rourk (Billy) of Summerville, SC; many nieces and nephews; special caregiver and companion, Mary Horry. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Hall, daughter, Patsy Smith; siblings: Joseph Lubelsky, Marke Lubelsky, Aubrey Staas and Leroy Barrineau.
