Entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of July 22, 2010, Frances LeMaster Brockman, widow of John Toy Brockman. Residence, Charleston, SC. The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services Monday, July 26, 2010 at eleven o'clock at Asbury-St. James United Methodist Church. The burial will take place Tuesday at two o'clock in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Spartanburg, SC, with a visitation at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel at one o'clock. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL, Sunday between three and five o'clock .
Mrs. Brockman was born December 15, 1924 in Spartanburg County, SC, the daughter of John Thomas LeMaster and Mary Mabry LeMaster. She was a member of Asbury-St. James United Methodist Church, Fellowship Class and United Methodist Women. She retired from the Claims Department with the South Carolina Employment Security Commission
She is survived by two daughters: Marsha B. Bauknight (George) of Johns Island, SC and Pamela B. Floyd (Chip) of Beaufort, SC; six grandchildren: Kristen L. Birch, Leigh Ann Cornwell (Jeff), Colette F. Tebeau (Drew), Jody T. Floyd, J. Alaina Floyd and Edward S. Bauknight; two great grandchildren: Lalaina L. Cornwell and Brooklyn L. Cornwell.
