Evelyn Louise Anderson Hinton, 53, of Hanahan, South Carolina, wife of Terry Lynn Hinton, entered into eternal rest Saturday, September 14, 2013. Her Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2013, in J. Henry Stuhr, Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road, at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends Tuesday, September 17, 2013, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m in J. HENRY STUHR, NORTHWOODS CHAPEL.Evelyn was born September 4, 1960, in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Wayne A. Anderson and Janie Mae Parker Anderson. She was employed with Hanahan High School and worked in the school cafeteria. She was a member of Portside Baptist Church and a big Carolina Gamecock fan. She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Terry L. Hinton, mother, Janie Mae Parker Anderson of North Santee, SC; three daughters, Shannon Freeman (Lee) of Summerville, SC, Stephanie Darnell of North Santee, SC, and Katelyn Hinton of Hanahan; one son, Daniel Darnell (Brittney) of Summerville, SC; a sister, Kathy Doebler (George) of Dorchester, SC and six grandchildren.
