Evelyn Ruth Kasen Arford

Entered into eternal rest on the morning of February 23, 2011, Evelyn Kasen Arford, widow of Frank Bash Arford.  Residence, Charleston, SC.  The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 2:00 pm in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL. Burial will be at a later date in Crystal Springs Cemetery, Benton Harbor, Michigan.

Mrs. Arford was born May 22, 1917, in Seattle, WA, the daughter of John Bert Kasen and Helen Kasen.  She retired from Whirlpool Corporation as an administrative assistant.

She is survived by two daughters: Wyntie Marie Arford and Patricia Helen Arford, both of Charleston, SC; one son: Frank Burton Arford of Naperville, IL; and four grandchildren. She is predeceased by a son, Michael Ross Arford.
