Evelyn Young Antley Charleston Evelyn Young Antley, 84, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Homer Clifford Antley entered into eternal rest Thursday, May 1, 2014. Her Funeral Service will be held Monday, May 5, 2014 in Christ - St. Paul's Church, at 3:00 pm. Burial will follow in Christ - St. Paul's Church Yard. The family will receive friends Monday, May 5, 2014 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway From 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Evelyn was born June 19, 1929 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Ruben Hiram Young and the late Dorothy Heins Young. She was a retired Engineering Aide with Southern Bell. Evelyn was also a member of Christ St. Paul's Church.She is survived by her daughter, Karen A. Hunter (Mark) of Charleston, SC; two sons, David H. Antley of Charleston, SC, Charles R. Antley of Hollywood, SC; ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Evelyn is preceded in death by her son John H. Antley.
