Evelene Blackburn Livingston, 90, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Melvin Montague Livingston entered into eternal rest Tuesday, December 8, 2020. Her funeral service will be held graveside Thursday, December 10, 2020 in Emanu-El Cemetery (Maryville), Sycamore Avenue at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel.
Evelene was born June 27, 1930 in Statesboro, Georgia, daughter of the late Furman Gates Blackburn and Lillie Hendrix Blackburn. She was a retired owner of Daffodil Gift House and Orient Express. Evelene was a member of Synagogue Emanu-El.
She is survived by her daughter, Sonya Livingston of Charleston, SC. Evelene was predeceased by her son, Ivan Solomon Livingston.
