Evalynn Saltzman Lenoff

Evalynn Saltzman Lenoff, 81, of Voorhees, New Jersey, widow of Harold Lenoff entered into eternal rest Thursday, September 7, 2023. Her funeral service will be held graveside Tuesday, September 12, 2023 in Kahal Kadosh Beth Elohim Cemetery, Huguenin Avenue at 10:00 a.m.  Lunch to follow at a local restaurant at the conclusion of the graveside service. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel.

Evalynn was born February 16, 1942 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Herman Saltzman and Blanche Sher Saltzman. Evie was a selfless person who put her family and friends first before her needs. She worked as an accountant for 40 years for the IRS in Philadelphia, then for the Naval Supply Facility in Charleston, SC. Evie had a love for learning and was never short of opinions! She was very organized and an excellent planner. Evie enjoyed spending time with family, going on timeshare vacations to Florida, cooking, horseback riding, and watching nature and animal shows on TV. She will be missed but never forgotten.  

Evie is survived by her two sons: Kenneth A. Lenoff (Larisa) of Newark, DE and Louis B. Lenoff (Sheila) of Cherry Hill, NJ; and two grandchildren: Holden and Benjamin Lenoff. 

Memorials may be made to Kahal Kadosh Beth Elohim Congregation, 90 Hasell Street, Charleston, SC 29401.
