Eulalee Pooser Rhode, widow of Marvin Rogers Rhode, entered into eternal rest on the morning of December 12, 2011, in Carterville, GA. The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services, Friday, December 16, 2011 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL, at 10:30 AM. Interment will be held in Jordan Cemetery in Cottageville, SC at 12:00 Noon. Friends may call at Stuhr's Downtown Chapel Thursday between 4:00 and 6:00 PM.

Mrs. Rhode was born July 22, 1914 in Cottageville, SC, the daughter of George William Pooser and Minnie Lee Jacques. She was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church, Johns Island, SC.

She is survived by one son: Marvin P. Rhode (Bettie) of Cartersville, GA; one sister: Arline Pooser Deery Mellichamp of Charleston, SC; 5 nephews and 1 niece; 3 step-grandchildren: Lawrence L. McKenzie, Patricia R. McKenzie and Jean M. McKenzie.
