Ethel Irene (O'Mara) Geier, 98, of Goose Creek, SC, widow of Gerard J. Geier, Sr. died Friday, August 17, 2018. The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, September 1, 2018, in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 510 St. James Avenue at 10:30 a.m. The family will receive friends in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. prior to the Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be held in Westminster Cemetery on September 15, 2018 in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

Ethel was born October 22, 1919 in Philadelphia, PA, daughter of the late Edward O'Mara and the late Jennie Snowden Eves. She was an administrative assistant and retired from ABB in Horsham, PA.

She is survived by two sons, Gerard J. "Gerry" Geier, Jr. (Kathy) of Goose Creek, SC and James "Jim" Geier (Sonia) of Philadelphia, PA; six grandchildren: Maureen Geier (Darial), Megan Geier, Gerry Geier, Theresa Kuhn (Brian), Jim Geier, Tim Geier; five great-grandchildren: Brittney Geier (Brooks), Colin and Nathan Geier, Hannah and Charlotte Kuhn; one great-great-grandchild, Braiden Geier.
