Erin Michelle Jacobs

Erin Michele Jacobs, 61, of North Charleston, South Carolina, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024, in Georgetown, SC. Her family will receive friends Friday, August 23, 2024, in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mt. Pleasant Chapel. 1494 Mathis Ferry Rd. from 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm. A private service will be held at a later date. 

Erin was born April 16, 1963, in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Michael A. Jacobs and the late Mary Costello Jacobs. She earned an associate degree in graphic design from Trident Technical College and worked with print media and freelanced. Erin's career in the hospitality industry showcased her talent as both a sous-chef and baker. She was currently working as the banquet manager for Francis Marion Hotel in Charleston. 

She is survived by her two sons, Zachary Paul Wengert of Charleston, Benjamin Michael Wengert of Mt. Pleasant.
