Eric Eugene Oyler, 64, of Huger, South Carolina, died Tuesday, December 6, 2016. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 11, 2016 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC. MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Eric was born April 24, 1952 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Eugene Joseph Oyler and the late Betty Newsom Oyler. He attended the University of South Carolina - Aiken and worked as a self employed house painter.
He is survived by daughter, Erin Honeycutt (Cooper) and their daughter, Hayley Eynon of Huger, SC; son, Joe Oyler (Michelle Chiappardi (Fiancee) of Mount Pleasant, SC; and uncle, Thomas Newsom (Kelly) of Sullivan's Island, SC. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, David Oyler and his aunt, Ann Newsom.
