Eric Jay Brown

Eric Jay Brown, 61, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, July 11, 2023. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 15, 2023 in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Mt. Pleasant Chapel from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel.

Eric was born May 27, 1962 in Morehead City, North Carolina, son of JD Brown and Eppie Coleen Brown. He worked as an industrial mechanic and was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in the Gulf War.   

He is survived by his parents, JD Brown and Eppie Colleen Brown; siblings, Rebina Brown Haselden of Huger, SC, Tony Entise-Brown (Serg) of Montclair, NJ,  Gretina Bruns of Mount Pleasant, SC; and his nieces, Adrienne Haselden, Christina Cottingham, and Brandie Bruns; and nephew TC Bruns.
