Emmanuel Hugues Lepoutre, 83, of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of Edith Andrée Wattel Lepoutre died Friday, February 19, 2016. His Funeral Mass will be held Friday, February 26, 2016 in the St. Benedict Catholic Church, 950 Darrell Creek Trail at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC. MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.

Emmanuel was born January 2, 1933 in France, son of the late Auguste Lepoutre and the late Simone Prouvost.

In addition to his wife, Edith, he is survived by his children, Emmanuel and Patsy, Thomas and Jackie, Alexis and Agathe, Fabricia and Jean François, Frédéric and Christina, Sébastien and Lola; and their 18 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
