Emma June Brunson Cypress, 87, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, February 3, 2021. The funeral service will be private. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel.
She was born January 20, 1934 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late William A. Brunson, Sr. and the late Emma Ashworth Brunson.
She is survived by her husband, George J. Cypress, Sr.; brother, Harry Brunson; two children, William E. Vaden, Jr. (Margaret) and Carolyn V. Murray (Paul); stepchildren, George J. Cypress, Jr. (Karla) and Toni C. Skipper (Harry); grandchildren, including Richard Heinsohn (Jennifer), William Murray (Meralyn), and Kevin Murray; several step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Liam and Sophia; and many loving nieces and nephews.
