Eloise "Lou" B. Bromley, 94, of Wake Forest, North Carolina, formerly of Isle of Palms, South Carolina, widow of Norval DeWayne Bromley died Wednesday, August 17, 2016. Her Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, August 23, 2016 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday, August 22, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Lou was born January 4, 1922 in Key West, Florida, daughter of the late Charles Benjamin Beccaise and the late Hilma Harvey Beccaise. She was the last of eight children. Lou worked as a volunteer of the American Red Cross at the Charleston Naval Shipyard. She was a plank holder for the clinic and was still on staff in 2010 for the Naval Health Clinic.She is survived by her children, Sheila Bromley Fouts (husband, Jim) of Irving, TX, Connie Watson of Sims, NC, Tina Kightly (husband, Walter) of Franklinton, NC and Dianna Denton of Clayton, NC; 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.Memorials may be made to the American Red Cross, 2424 City Hall Lane, Ste.
