Elizabeth Ethel Taylor, 94, of Johns Island, South Carolina, widow of Ben W. McAfee and Jasper Taylor entered into eternal rest Saturday, December 8, 2018. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 14, 2018 in The Salvation Army Chapel, 2135 Ashley River Road at 12:00 p.m. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the Salvation Army Chapel. Interment will be held Saturday, December 15, 2018 in Greenville Memorial Gardens, 7784 Augusta Road, Piedmont, SC at 12:00 p.m. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL.

Elizabeth was born August 21, 1924 in Greenwood, South Carolina, daughter of the late Lawrence Wilson Elgin and Minerva Woodruff Elgin. She was an active member of The Salvation Army.

She is survived by her two daughters, Patricia M. Snelson of Johns Island, SC, Dorothy L. Garrett of Indianapolis, IN; seven grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, great-great- grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
