Elizabeth Little

Elizabeth Brooks Little, 77, of Charleston, SC, wife of Wilbur Kenneth Little, Sr died Friday, January 30, 2015. Her Funeral Service will be held Sunday, February 1, 2015, in First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, 1293 Orange Grove Road, at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends, Saturday, January 31, 2015, J. Henry Stuhr Inc., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Elizabeth was born March 20, 1937 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Arnold Franklyn Brooks and Pearl Marie Hiers Brooks. She was retired commercial advertising clerk with the Post & Courier. She was a very devoted member of the First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ where she was an Elder and chair of numerous committees to include Christian Woman Fellowship, Order of the Eastern Star, Rainbow Girls and sang with the Church Choir for over 60 years.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Wilbur Kenneth Little, Sr; two sons, Ken Little Jr (Kim), of Chesapeake, VA; Jack Little (Cammye) of Beaufort, SC; daughter, Beth Hansler (Terrance) of Santa Monica, CA; five grandchildren, Michael.Cameron, Becca, Jana and Aubree.
