Elizabeth Bremer Harvey

Elizabeth "Betsy" Bremer Harvey, 80, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of the late James Heyward Harvey, Jr., entered into eternal rest Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Her Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, April 13, 2021 in St. Philip's Churchyard, 142 Church Street at 11:00 A.M. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel.

Betsy was born December 6, 1940 in Washington, District of Columbia, daughter of James Henry Bremer and Fredrica Moore Bremer. She was a graduate of Winthrop College and a retired teacher. She taught at Moultrie High School and Wando High School for a total of 33 years. She was a member of the Junior League of Charleston and a volunteer of St. Philips Church for many years.

She is survived by her daughter Heyward H. Fellows (Jamie) of San Carlos, CA, sister, Barbara Bremer of Charleston, SC, and grandchildren Eliza F. Fellows and James H. L. Fellows.
