Elizabeth Harley Arnold

Elizabeth Harley Arnold, 78, of Hanahan, SC widow of Charles Lewis Arnold died Monday, February 20, 2012, in a local hospital.

Born January 8, 1934 in Ellenton, SC she was one of five children of Herbert Lee Harley and Alice Williams Harley. She was a graduate of Palmer Business College and a civil servant. She was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church.

Mrs. Arnold is survived by her daughter, Karen White and her husband Andy of Columbia, SC; grandchildren: Andrew White, Harley Elizabeth White, Emma Louise White and Josiah White; and her brother, Frederick W. Harley. She was preceded in death by her husband and three brothers: Edwin B. Harley, Jack T. Harley and William Lester Harley

The funeral service will be held at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 11:00 am. Interment, Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Highland Park Baptist Church, 6211 Murray Drive, Hanahan, SC 29410. Thank you to her neighbors for their love and support over the years.
