Elise Ferguson Armstrong Yungk, 90, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Albert J. Yungk entered into eternal rest Wednesday, October 10, 2012. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday, October 13, 2012 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL, 232 Calhoun Street at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in Stuhr's Downtown Chapel.

Elise was born September 3, 1922 in Nashville, Tennessee, daughter of Fred Ferguson and Ada Beard Ferguson. She attended John Wesley United Methodist Church.

She is survived by four daughters: Edna A. Johnson (Scott) of Columbia, SC, Gayle C. Edenfield (Bill) of Charleston, SC, Ann Marie Yungk of MI, Debra Ann Yungk of MI; two sons: Robert A. Yungk (Pam) of Atlanta, GA, Joseph J. Yungk of North Palm Beach, FL; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and her sister, Ada F. Anderson of Nashville, TN. She was predeceased by her daughter, Loretta Yungk.
