Elena A. Konstantinova, 53, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, died Sunday, January 25, 2015. Her funeral service will be held Friday, January 30, 2015, in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road, at 4:30 p.m. Inurnment to follow in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday one hour prior to the service in Stuhr's Mount Pleasant Chapel.
Elena was born May 1, 1961 in Ivanovo, Russia, daughter of the late Anatoliy Vinogradov and the late Olga Lyakisheva. She was a Russian-American citizen and earned two master's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Accounting.
She is survived by a daughter, Lyudmila Konstantinova, her husband, Sergey Obydenov, and their son, Daniel Obydenov, all of Huntsville, AL; and her fiance', Jerry L. Simon of Mount Pleasant, SC.
