Eleanor Elaine Hill Chassereau, 79, of Hollywood, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Thursday, December 24, 2020. Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at the graveside in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road at 2:00 PM.

Elaine was born November 21, 1941 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Jack Hill and Susan Hill. She was a Kindergarten Teacher.
She is survived by her four daughters, Tara C. Mellis (John) of Bowman, SC, Robin C. Dulin (Donald) of Cottageville, Mary Alice C. Lowther of St. George, SC and Mildred Chassereau of St. George, SC; two brothers, James Newton Hill of Walterboro, SC and Jackson "Boots" Hill of Cleveland, SC; five grandchildren, John William Mellis, Blaine Victoria Alexander, Kara Ann Lowther, William E. Lowther, III, Georgia Leigh Beach, and four great grandchildren, Chance Mellis, Maci Mellis, Colby Alexander and Collen Alexander.
Elaine was predeceased by one grandchild, Stephen Allen Alexander.
Memorials may be made to Wounded Warrior Foundation.
