Edward L. Robbins, 61, of Charleston, South Carolina entered into eternal rest Wednesday, April 12, 2017. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 15, 2017 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Downtown Chapel, 232 Calhoun Street at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Downtown Chapel.

Edward was born November 13, 1955 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Malcolm Randolph Robbins and Helen Gelzer Robbins. He was a construction worker.

Edward is survived by his mother, Helen Robbins of Charleston, SC; siblings: Malcolm Randolph "Randy" Robbins, Jr. (Faye) of Charleston, SC, Rhonda Garrett (Thornton) of Anderson, SC, Sharon Atherton (David) of Spartanburg, SC and Deen Alexander Robbins of MT; special companion, Barbara Schultz of Charleston, SC, nieces and nephews: Amelia Jantzen (Eric), Nathan Robbins, Holly Garrett, Meredith Garrett, Greg Atherton, Steven Atherton, Kelly Atherton and Helen Berry. He was predeceased by his father, Malcolm Randolph.
