Edward Livingston

Edward Livingston, husband of Alice Aston Livingston died Monday, March 28, 2011 at his home in Ravenel, South Carolina.

Born March 17, 1931 in Charleston, SC, Eddie was one of ten children of Isaac Livingston and Sarah Ruben Livingston.  He was a truck driver and retired from Braswell Shipyard.  Mr. Livingston will be missed by his family and many friends.

Survivors  include his wife of 55 years, Alice Aston Livingston of Ravenel; 2 sons: Philip A. Livingston and his wife Gabriele  and Jacob E. Livingston and his wife Lisa all of N. Charleston; brother-in-law: Lewis Aston and his wife Linda of Goose Creek; 3 sisters: Rose Kalman of West Ashley, Gertrude Evans of N. Charleston and Elsie Wolf of Goose Creek; 3 grandchildren: Michelle Castleberry of N. Charleston, Kevin Livingston of Ravenel and Haley Livingston of N. Charleston; 2 great grandchildren: Ava and Lydia.

All services for Mr. Livingston will be private. The family request memorials be made in his memory to the American Heart Association of SC, 409 King Street, Suite 300, Charleston, SC 29403.
