Edward Charles Arms, Jr.

Edward Charles Arms, Jr., 65, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2013. Mr. Arms was born in Charleston, South Carolina on May 10, 1948.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Dove Arms, to whom he was married for 45 years, as well as two loving daughters, Lisa Arms Clark and Katherine Corinne Arms. He was a very loving grandfather to his one and only grandchild, Julia Elise Clark, age six.
Mr. Arms was employed by MeadWestvaco for 37 years, having retired in 2010.
He graduated from Moultrie High School, Trident Technical College and Charleston Southern University. Mr. Arms also served in the United States Navy.
He was a member of The Cathedral Church of St. Luke and St. Paul in Charleston, South Carolina. All funeral arrangements will be private.
In lieu of flowers or offers of food, etc., it is requested that instead, a donation be made to the educational fund of Mr. Arms' granddaughter, Julia Elise Clark, c/o any branch of First Federal Savings and Loan Association.
